My spare bedroom and second bathroom, now, available, as present lodger couple moved on. I am sure they would give me a glowing reference! Beautiful flat, freshly painted everywhere and deep cleaned etc. Plus fabulous views 11th floor.

I am self-contained and just like the shared parts clean and tidy as part of a shared routine. I would highlight a sense of quiet, security and privacy. All the dockside shops, restaurants and facilities on offer. Including a Co-op just a few minutes away.

I use the flat as a base connected with keeping my boat on the river. I do have a van so can always help with a move! Everything is flexible, including furnished or unfurnished. We can always discuss rent and payment arrangements depending on how and when you get paid and so on and you get a lodging agreement thanks for looking. I should add that I am in the process of sorting my stuff out, but flat will be neat and tidy when you move in. I have a new table and chair set plus new sofa. Just have to get rid of the old ones.
