hi!! i am moving into this stunning house in kent, owned by my parents. the house is situated 3 minutes from the high street, 7 minutes to the train station which has trains into london within an hour. the property is 3 floors, the spare room has its own staircase. we share the full suite bathroom which has a bath and a separate shower! the house also has a large back garden with a shed and we have 2 living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen and privacy of our own bedrooms!

i am currently in the process of refurbishing the house which will change its interior decoration. i thought best to leave the spare room for the new tenant to do what they wish with it: because this is a domestic tenancy, i am completely ok with you decorating/painting the room to your style!

about me: i am a trainee solicitor currently working towards the SQE and will be working full time in a law firm come february 2025. the house comes with a cat, maple, who is a very curious and cuddly kitty, and so liking cats is a must! i am usually pretty busy with work and university, so on my days off i'll probably be doing house work and watching netflix. i do take pride in keeping the house clean and especially smelling nice so theres always potpourri, candles and fresheners everywhere!! i dont mind a little mess when me and the flatmate are busy, as life sometimes gets like that, but in general i like to keep it nice and clean. i have my friends over every few weeks, but will always mention this and invite you to join us.

i believe the household bills will come to roughly £150-200 each, inclusive of council tax which is about £140 a month.
