A Nepalese student, living in the house now, studying for an MSc at Greenwich University, is looking for another female student to share the room with, each paying £300 per month.

All but one of the current residents is a student.
I am looking for more students.
Nationalities of current residents are Nepalese, English, Bulgarian.

The kitchen is on the top floor, and is about 4.5m x 4m, and is well-equipped.
The front room on the top floor is a living-room.
There is a toilet and shower on the top floor.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is BT broadband high-speed fibre.
Each bedroom is lockable.
There is a new washing-machine.
There is gas-fired central heating from a combi-boiler, with a British Gas maintenance contract.
I have a cleaner who comes in regularly to keep the shared areas clean.

I live on the ground floor. I am a quiet and studious chap, happy to leave my tenants in peace as much as possible, as long as there is no noisy or anti-social behaviour.
