Hi I have 2 rooms available for short term lets only, maximum of 1 month but can be expanded, reason for this is I am thinking of selling, so once I find a buyer I will give a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks notice,, therefore for cheap rent, but depending on the type of personality you have and if you respect my house rules, e. g quite, not bringing excess amounts of people to stay over, and no anti social behavior, the price can be negotiable
