There is a double bedroom (single occupancy) available to rent for £600, bills included in a lovely cottage style house with character :)

Room: Double room (single use) £600: double bed, bed night stand, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Ideally I'm looking for someone clean and quiet, fairly sociable but also appreciates other people's privacy.

The flat is a 5 - 10 min walk to Royal Arsenal station with links to London Bridge, Canary Wharf and central London in just over 30 minutes. Alternatively there is a bus stop 2 min from the property and it takes 2 stops to the station.

Shops, post office, banks, amenities within 5 min walk of the property. Largest Tesco in Woolwich is 5 minutes away, as well as a fancy gym.

Bill's included in rent are as follows :

There is an option for parking but a parking permit needs to be requested. Please note this is not included in the price of the rent and you would need to arrange this yourself.

We also have a lovely garden with a bbq area and table and chairs.
