I hope that you have a great day today! Can you kindly read the description before approaching to me? A reference from former landlord or current employer is required!

I have one single room. available in my 2 bedroom flat. The single room has included a day bed that can be flexible as a sofa, single bed or double bed with 2 drawers. The room includes all bills such as business broad band ( never have any issue in an online meeting), electricity, virgin pure drinking water, security system, water and monthly cleaning service. There is also a wall-desk with shelves that can save a lot of space for other activities such as yoga if you would like to have yoga in your room. Unfortunately, the living room space is not shared as it is my studying and working space unless I am overseas or sleeping, and sofa area is always prohibited. No visitors are allowed unless an emergency or family members with my permission in advance. Since I just bought this flat in Jan 2023, all furniture is still quite new.

On the other hand, this flat is very close to London city airport within 5 minute walking distance. The DLR will take you to canning town for 7 minutes and canary wharf for 15 minutes ( transfer to jubilee line at canning town). It is also nearby university of East London, Queen Mary university of London and UCL east campus or UCL Canary Wharf MBA campus. There are also 2 bus routes 474 and 473 in the head of street within 5 minute walking. Also, you can take free bus route 129 at London city airport bus stop to Greenwich and Lewisham.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy and mature female full-time professional who has busy lifestyle to work at office mostly and can sign a lodger agreement every 6 months or 1 year. Also, this place is idea for a female with age between 27 and 39. The candidate will request to have reference check.
