HOUSEHOLD:

This is clean, NON smoking, and peaceful house.
You would be sharing the house with landlady, 2 small and friendly hypoallergic dogs and 1 other female housemate.

Clean and respectable person who can tolerate presence of dogs and is used to clean after themselves.
