We currently have a newly decorated double bedroom available in this 4-bed house. We consider short-term week by week bookings at a higher price than advertised. IF you would like the room on a week by week basis, it is £280 per week and in this case references will not be required. Sorry we do not accept pets at this house. Please read the disclaimer at the bottom of the advert.
As this room has been newly decorated you will be provided with a brand-new bed and mattress, renewed chest of drawers and wardrobe. There will be a kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, and utensils too. On top of this you can have bedding and towels if you are staying short term, or we can negotiate providing these long term also.
The property has 2 bathrooms with toilets, one with a bath, the other with a shower. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. The weekly rate includes all bills, gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv license and fast reliable Wi-Fi.
There is parking outside of the property, and you will be provided with visitor's tickets for the duration of your stay but this is £3 extra per day.

• Room per week 7 days or 6 nights: £280
• £700 per month
• Price may vary upon length of stay.
• Parking is only available at an extra charge with resident permit tickets only organised by us.
The property is well located near local amenities. The town centre and the train station are within walking distance.
Hatfield Town Centre = 5 min walk
Hatfield Train Station = 10 min walk
University of Hertfordshire = 25 min walk or 5 min drive
There is a bus stop right outside the front door with regular buses.
Disclaimer: The minimum booking is 6 nights or 7 days in total. The room is only available on a week-by-week guest booking basis. If you only book for 1 - 3 months you are still under the guest booking basis. This means that this is not a tenancy.
If you would like an extra guest to stay with you, there will be an additional guest charge applied. Check in must be on or after 3pm and check out must be on or before 11am.
We will also consider a 6 months tenancy and in this case full referencing will be necessary.
