I am currently looking for someone to take over my Deluxe studio apartment, which will be available from May 05, 2024, until August 31, 2024. The apartment includes a private bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.

This multicultural student accommodation provides an excellent opportunity to meet people from all over the world and create unforgettable memories.

In addition to the private amenities, the student housing complex offers a range of communal facilities, including a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, a gym, a gaming room (PS4 Pro), a karaoke room, meeting rooms for group study sessions, a cinema room, 2 foosball tables, a pool table, board games, occasional organized events, barbecue facilities, a ping pong table, a basketball hoop as well as a piano and a guitar for musical enjoyment.

To be eligible, you must be a student at the University of Hertfordshire and have a UK guarantor. The contract can be extended if desired. Additionally, I have applied for Council Tax exemption to save you the hassle of paying.

Couples or roommates are welcome but it is at an additional £20 a week. Pets not allowed.

Please note that I may vacate the room earlier depending on my exam schedule.
