Uni students only, do not have to attend Hertfordshire although it’s ideal as it’s in between both campuses, and a 2 min walk away from the galleria which has a variety of shops. Has washing facilities, gym and common room on site. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as my course has now finished and I will be moving home as soon as possible. Council tax exempt as it is a student property.
