I’m looking for a female to share a lovely studio/flat with in Hatfield. The place is clean, comfortable and in a nice area, and we would be sharing the same room together.

Rent: £400 per month
Bills: approximately £50 per month

Bills are not included in the rent, but the total monthly cost should be around £450 depending on usage.
