Hi there! Im a outgoing, clean, organized, and genuinely easy to live with. I’m looking for a working professional to share this great apartment with me.
The space:
Big, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Your room is en-suite, giving you privacy and your own bathroom. The room comes furnished (single bed provided), just note the current flatmate is taking their TV when they leave. The Communal living room has a 60” TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. Parking available if you need it.
Location:
Super convenient — right by the train station for an easy commute, and there’s a gym next door for anyone who wants to stay active without the extra trek.
About me:
I travel a lot and love getting out and having fun, but I also care about keeping things clean and organized at home — I’d like to split the cost of a weekly cleaner so the apartment stays spotless with zero hassle for either of us. I’m sociable and always open to making new friends, so if you’re up for the occasional chat or hangout, great — but I also respect independence and downtime.
Rent: £850 + bills
Tax council band C.
Bills are aprox: 75 energy+ 18 internet+ 18 water
