I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor double room available to rent in my house in Barlow Close, Hatfield, within walking distance of Hatfield Business Park.

Rental price is for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £835.00 per calendar month,

This room is available to a professional aged 20 years or above, or mature student aged 25 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price, including gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV License, broadband.

The house has a large kitchen/diner equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house, my friendly team also fully maintain the house and private garden. Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, washbasin. There is also a TV point in the bedroom.
