I'm looking for a friendly, tidy, respectful and considerate female lodger who will treat the home with care.
Female lodgers preferred. Strictly non-smoking and non-vaping.
A Monday–Friday arrangement would be ideal, particularly for someone working or studying locally during the week and returning home at weekends. However, I'm also happy to consider a full-time lodger.
Rent:
• £575 per month – Monday to Friday
• £700 per month – Full-time
Both options include bills.
Deposit: One month's rent
Location: Hatfield, AL10
