I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy for my student accommodation, as I am no longer attending the university. The lease would be available from 07/03/26, but needs to be confirmed by 01/04/26 in order to allow 5 working days to process the takeover.

The accommodation is a 10 minute walk from the University of Huddersfield, and a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre including shops and bars.

The accommodation has a social area with table and board games, a small gym, gaming room with a ps4, laundry room and study room. These are communal areas shared amongst all residents. They also have a maintenance team who fix issues efficiently (same/next day) and equipment to borrow such as hoovers.

It is a flat on the ground floor and has 5 other students living there currently who are all lovely, approachable and clean. These kitchen/living area is shared with these flatmates. You will have access to 2 cupboards, a drawer, a shelf in the fridge, a shelf in the freezer, an oven and microwave. Any other appliances (kettle, toaster, airfryer) you would have to bring).

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk, office style desk chair, a full body mirror and shelves. This room is an en-suite with a toilet, sink, mirror, shower and 4 shelves.
