Last two double bedroom available in my student house. Two of the bedrooms have already been taken by PhD / Masters students. so it is preferred that future housemates are either Masters or PhD students or just likeminded people! The house has a spacious lounge and kitchen with plenty of cupboard space for everyone. In the kitchen is a washer dryer, a fridge freezer and gas oven.
Outside there is a mature garden with space to sit outside and relax in. There is a shed for your bike and one off road car parking space.
Back in the house the bedrooms all have a hand basin and plenty of storage. The largest bedroom has a king size bed.

The house is lovely and clean and the carpets have just all been professionally cleaned!
This house is suitable to postgraduate students who like a clean house and want to keep it that way!
