I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly student accommodation in Canterbury. The room is spacious, comfortable and ideal for a student looking for a convenient place to live.
The property has a good communal living space and kitchen, with a friendly and respectful atmosphere. It’s a great option if you want somewhere that feels comfortable and homely while still having your own private space.

The accommodation is well located for getting around Canterbury and is suitable for a student looking for somewhere for the academic year.
I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces. I’m easy-going and would ideally like someone who is friendly and happy to have a chat, but also respects each other’s privacy. You don’t have to pay council tax as a student
