I am a teacher who has had a student lodger for a year and then working lodger for another 2 years and have enjoyed the experience so I'm looking to continue this with another person.

The dining area, kitchen and bathroom are shared, however I have the living room. I have a cellar to store things that you won't need frequently and good storage in the room with a divan bed as well.
