We're looking for someone to join us in our cosy home, 8 minutes walk from Gillingham Station and High Street. Plenty of stores, street markets and supermarkets nearby including Iceland, Aldi and ASDA Superstore 17 minutes walk away. Fast train connections to London.

Large double bedroom furnished with double bed (with mattress), walk-in closet, mirror, clothes rail, stool, chair, bedside table, lamp, rugs, fan-light fixture and original wooden floor. 1 shared bathroom in the house.

We are two males working full time. We're friendly and easy-going. We also have a cat so must be cat-friendly.

You will be working or studying full time, clean and respectful. We have elderly neighbours and a young child next to us. Access to garden with outdoor patio area. Non-smoking house. All bills included (gas, electric, water, Council Tax, internet)
