We are a young couple living in a 3-bed house 2 minutes walking distance from the Rochester train station. The house is in the Rochester Riverside area. We have a Yorkie who is still a puppy, and we’re happy to accept a lodger with pets (apart from very large dogs). The lodger will have access to the kitchen and washing machine. The bedroom has an en-suite shower, a built-in wardrobe and is furnished (space is also available to introduce a desk). A parking space is available in the driveway.
