A Double room in quiet street in a house of mixed professionals. There are 4 bathrooms in the house so whist the bathroom is not en-suite, it is only sharing with one other. There is a cleaner who comes once a week to clean all communal areas, which is included in the rent cost which is ALL bills included. Internet is good and there is also Netflix and Amazon Prime. An earlier or move in date could be negotiable.
House is recently refurbished and housemates are a lovely bunch, there is also a house dog which is very well behaved and clean. It's not a party house but it is convivial and everyone makes an effort to keep the house clean. The University of Kent is very close by and the house is right by the university woodland and the beautiful Chaucer Fields.
