Hi!
We are three female PhD Students looking for a fourth roommate in the perfect student house. It has a lovely garden, 2min walk from CCCU, quiet road, 10min walk to Cathedral, no carpets, a shared livingroom. Rent is 370pcm, excluding bills and 480pcm including billls. Broadband is not included.
There will be a lovely, female, well-trained medium sized dog of two years living with us.

We are looking for a tidy, relaxed and social fourth student to join us in what we think is an ideal student house (especially for CCCU students).
