Hi

I’m looking for someone to fill out the rest of my tenancy (till the end of August) as I’m moving out for work.

My current flatmates are 2 architectural students at UCA. We keep the flat very clean and we’re looking for someone pretty responsible too since they’d be under my tenancy contract.

The flat is located in the city center opposite to JD Sport.

Flat structure:
- Living + Dining room
- Kitchen (includes a dishwasher)
- Common toilet (includes a washer & drier)
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms (you’d be sharing your bathroom with one other person)
- 2 large storerooms

I’m looking for a tenant to move in asap and the rent amount per month includes all bills. Reach out to me if interested ☺️
