They're suitable only for quiet, tidy, flexible and careful students. Living with the landlord (P/T teacher and ex PhD student at UKC). Strictly no smoking or drugs or drunkenness. Monthly Rent for a single occupier; double room £300 and single room £280, including broadband bills but not including gas, electricity & water. Students do not pay council tax.
House is about 20-30 minutes walk to University of Kent, 5-7 minutes by car, bus or bicycle. The bus stop only 2 minutes walk. Buses to University every 15 minutes. Parking is available.
The double room can be arranged with its own toilet/ little extra charge. This is not a party house. You will live in a peaceful environment suitable for your study, and have restful sleep. Conditions applied.
