The flat is in Velocity West. It is located just south of the train station and is allotted one parking space, which is available to new tenant to use. The property is also very close to Granary Wharf.

I am looking to add to the flat decor And redecorate over time and I am hoping to purchase the property over the next several months.

I will be at the flat half the week every week due to work. I’m pretty easy going but do like to keep a clean and tidy flat. Whilst I am at the flat I’m mostly watching sports or a tv show/movie or going to the gym
