My housemate and I are looking to move out due to the corona virus pandemic.

The bedrooms are both nicely sized (with one being extra large). Both bedrooms are also on the top floor and have a bathroom on the top floor too. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink in it and is rarely used by other members of the house.

There are 4 other lovely, bubbly and lively girls living in this house, all third year students at Leeds Beckett university, who would make you feel more than welcome.

There is a nicely sized kitchen ( with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer) as well as a spacious living room (with a large television) .

The rent is £113 a week with bills included,

The property is also in a ideal location, with a two minute walk to the Burley train station and the local Co - operative. And if you're looking for entertainment - cardigan fields is about a ten minute walk away as well.
