Lovely furnished double room available from ASAP until end of June 2023. Four professionals and one student currently occupied, aging from 20 to 21. They are all lovely people to share a house with and even better mates.

BRAND NEW mattress in this room as requested as soon as I moved in, in July. Spacious wardrobe, large shoe rack behind door, the perfect table with chair to work at or for general use and plenty of extra storage spaces around the bedroom. Loads of natural light entering room, but also fitted with 2 sets of blinds, one being blackout, so no need to worry about sleeping badly.

The house comes with parking on a long drive (big enough for 3 cars), a spacious garden with outside furniture and a garage. Kitchen is easily big enough for 6 occupants while having 3 bathrooms is also helpful (one on each floor). Open plan kitchen and living room gives a welcoming vibe while also being great for hosting people for drinks and socialising.

The house has just had a brand new lock fitted on the front door. The security alarms have just been replaced and checked. All essential fire/gas/smoke alarms in full working order too with certificates. The house comes under council tax band C. For this financial year, that comes out to only £35.40 each per month (if you are working and not a student). Appliances all in great working order. House was professionally cleaned the first week we moved in and has been kept tidy as much as possible since.

Placed in a perfect spot for Headingley. Trelawn Crescent is just up from the 24 hour shop, so (if you know the Headingley area) not far at all from any pub on the Otley run, various shops, the Headingley Stadium, or the nearby park. Also very close to bus routes and both local train stations (Headingley and Burley Park) if needing to use public transport to get around or travel into Leeds City centre.
