The room is available from 2024.7.1-2024.8.31. The time can be earlier, but not extended. It is a very nice room with floor-to-ceiling windows. If the weather's nice you can enjoy the sunset🌇. I am sure you will love it！

This new apartment was just built last year, so the facilities are very new. What is more, the apartment has a free gym. If you love sports you can't miss it!

Besides me, four students are living here: three female and a male （I'm not sure the man still lives here. I haven't seen him in a long time😂） They are all very friendly, tidy and quiet! We have the cleanest kitchen in the apartment.

The room was originally priced at £190/week and I have paid in full. I'm a graduate student at the University of Leeds. I am graduating back to my home country. So I am reducing the price to £160/week to rent (including bill) In general, prices are negotiable.

I can leave all the household items for free if you need them. (Ikea floor hangers, frying pans, cooking pots, rice cooker, bowls, plates, cutlery, etc)You don't need to buy anything when you move in!
