Looking for a housemate to takeover my tenancy from 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025 as I've now got a placement outside of Leeds. Would like someone who is also a university student, doesn't matter which one in Leeds, and enjoys hanging out with the house either at home watching TV, at a pub quiz or on a night out.
House with 4 girls and 2 boys all at University of Leeds either going into 2nd year or 3rd year. Some of the housemates will be at placement during the week and a couple others will be writing their dissertation.
Located on Manor Drive very close to the Golden Beam.
£123 per week with all bills included. It has a shared living room, kitchen and three bathrooms along with on street parking outside. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Council tax not payable as all housemates are students.
