Room Available – 15 min from University of Leeds (URGENT)

A room is urgently available in a shared house located just 15 minutes from the University of Leeds.

Why is the price lower than usual?
The reduced price is due to urgency - our housemate had to move out unexpectedly, but their contract runs until 30 June, so we are looking for someone to take over the tenancy.

About the house
The house has 3 floors:
1st floor - kitchen, living room, and one bedroom
2nd floor – the available room and 2 bathrooms
3rd floor – two additional bedrooms

Current housemates
There are currently 3 people living in the house:
2 males (21)
1 female (25)

We are students studying Law, Finance, and Music.

We are generally quiet, respectful, and focused on our studies. We don’t host parties.

We don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs ourselves, but we don’t mind if you do - as long as it does not disturb the general peace in the house.

One housemate studies music, so you may sometimes hear guitar or singing, but:
His room is the furthest from yours
He only practice during daytime and he is generally responsive if you would ask not to.

Who we are looking for.
