I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a brilliant 6-bedroom student house in Woodhouse, LS6 2HZ. I'm leaving for a placement year and the room is available from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The house is a 10-minute walk from the University of Leeds and is managed by LV Properties, whose landlord has won Best Landlord in Leeds two years running.
What's included in the £155 per week rent: all bills (gas, electric, water, high-speed WiFi, TV licence) and a monthly cleaner. No nasty surprises at the end of the month.
The house has a large modern kitchen with an American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining table, a spacious lounge with a 50" TV and patio doors leading to a garden with a BBQ and picnic bench, two modern bathrooms, a washing machine and tumble dryer, locks on all bedroom doors, a hotel-style safe in every room, and a private driveway with parking.
The five remaining housemates are all male students. Great house, great location, great landlord.
Council tax: the property is exempt as all occupants are full-time students.
