Hi,

I’m Jonny, and I’m looking for three more people to move into our homey house in Meanwood, from 01/04/2026, as three of the current housemates are moving to Manchester at the end of March.

On street parking, 10 mins walk from Headingley and right next to main bus routes into city centre.

The house is a lovely 4 bedroom property with lots of character! The main floor has a big, cozy living room with lots of natural light; a very spacious kitchen with lots of cupboards for storage, and a small bike room which comes in very handy if you have a bike, or good for storage too.

The first floor has a bathroom with a bath, two of the available rooms, and a separate storage space. The top floor has the other available room, and another bathroom with a shower. There’s an extra wardrobe just outside the room, which anyone can use. Finally, the back of the house has a small area with a bench, which is very nice for those few days of sun we get.

The current price is £350 pm and per person, excluding bills, which are usually around an extra £80 - £100ish. The landlord is sound, always available and always sorts things at the house quick.

Currently, we are all young professionals late 20s, early 30s and I'm looking for a similar vibe. With our previous line up we all like spending time together in the evening watching some series/ films and cook the occasional house meal and I'm looking for three new housemates who would be up for something similar :)
