We have one room available for a tenancy takeover in January 2027 in a spacious 8-bedroom student house in Headingley, ideally located between Headingley and Hyde Park.

You’ll be living with 7 other students from Leeds Beckett University and the University of Leeds who enjoy socialising, going out, meeting new people and making friends. We’re looking for someone friendly who would like to become part of a sociable and welcoming student household!

There are also plenty of bus routes nearby connecting you to the city centre and surrounding areas.

The bills are included and covers gas, electricity, water, 400MB broadband and contents insurance.
