I need someone to take over my tenancy, it’s in LS6, near the Sainsbury’s on Otley Road and the Heart community centre, in the centre Headingley.
The area pubs and cafes but also shops on the high street and music venues nearby,
making it a sort after location among students and young professionals.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with showers, baths and toilets. 1 bedroom is a spare for storage.
The house has been re-carpeted this July, and has a working dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and gas hob.

The house is occupied 1 female (21) masters student and 1 male (25). Languages in the house are English and Portuguese (both speak English, the male is Brazilian so he also speaks Portuguese too).

£525 a month: bills, broadband and TV license and TV included, £350 security deposit, council tax band B.

I also have a low bedframe that fits the room better, along with a bedside table and 2 sets of shelves I will sell to the new tenant for £50 if they would like.
