Hiya , I have signed a contract for a great house in Hyde Park with 3 other lovely girls that attend the University of Leeds . It is a 4 bedroom house with a large kitchen , bathroom and living room . It is conviently super close to Sainsburys and other stores in Hyde Park and a short walk from the Universiity of Leeds , and the City Centre.
Unfortunatley , I won; t be living here anymore so I am looking for someone to take my place on the contract . This should be ideally before the 1st of July (When the contract starts )
I'm looking for a flatmate who is preferably a girl, and someone who is friendly.
The Rent is £99 ,which is great value for the house and anyone on a budget
