I'm looking to sublet this room from Jun 01st to the 30th, as I need to move out due to work.

There are 6 people in the house. But you only share the bathroom with another room. It's a jack and jill, giving you more privacy.

It's in a very convenient location, 10 minutes from the Uni of Leeds. The city centre is reached in less than 15 minutes.

It's also very very cheap, with all bills included.

Lots of space in the room for storage, and it has a desk, wardrobe, clothes rack and bed table.
