I am moving out due to a new job so I'm looking for someone to take over the contract. It is through Redbrick properties so they will handle contracts/rent/deposit etc.
3 bathrooms with showers, including one just opposite the room. Seperate kitchen & living room area.
We handle all bills seperate to house and in total it comes to £125pm.
So rent and bills is £600pm.
