Lovely and bright Double Room in private house, five min walk to Lincoln town centre.
I'm currently renting the room, but unfortunately need to move, so you would be the lucky one filling this room, where I've been very happy!
The house is shared with professional housemates, and students are very welcome as well. Everyone is lovely and there's also a lovely cat, so you must like cats :)
This is a really peaceful area right next to the beautiful Arboretum park.
The house has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need (including washing and drying machine), a shared living room, a large bathroom with a bath, a restroom with a shower, a 3rd toilet, and also a lovely back garden with a view to the town.
Please note the price for a couple is £700
