Looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to live in Lincoln? This is the one.
About the Room
This en-suite room at Yugo Park Court is slightly larger than the standard en-suite rooms in the building — at the same price. It's in excellent condition and ready to move into. Available from 24th April, though if you need to move in earlier, get in touch and we can work something out. The contract runs until 26th July, with the option to extend if needed.
About the Flat
The flat is set up for 5 people, but only 3 are currently living here — meaning two rooms are empty. This makes for a noticeably quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. The only shared space is the kitchen. Your flatmates are respectful, keep to themselves, and keep things clean. No drama, no noise.

Why I'm Renting
