Hey! We're looking for 2 replacement student tenants for a 4-bedroom house on Vine St for the next academic year. You’ll be living with two really lovely girls going into their 2nd year studying Criminology and Sociology who are friendly, welcoming, and also clean. The reason we’re looking for new tenants is because we wanted to move back into a student accommodation setup. The two rooms available are Room 1, ground floor, and Room 4, attic room. They're both off-suite rooms so everyone gets their own private bathroom xx
