Lincoln mews houseshare. Located in Sobraon Park, a quiet uphill area ideal for professionals or older students looking for somewhere a little quieter. Close to all amenities, ideally located between the town and the countryside - walking distance to both.
One of our housemates is moving in with her partner, so we're looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to move in. The house has a large shared living space and a modern kitchen, two gardens and is next to a small gated park.
The bedrooms were recently redecorated and are furnished with matching wardrobe, chests of drawers and large double beds. The living room has a dining table, sofa and HD TV. On the middle floor there is a study with a desk and printer. There is a toilet downstairs, a large bathroom with shower on the middle floor and the upstairs bedroom has an en suite (so the main bathroom is only shared between two).
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a short walk into the centre of town or, if walking isn't your thing, buses run from the end of the next road about every 5 minutes. Ring road (A46/A57/A15)to travel out of town is about 3mins drive, and there is a Garage (for storage) and plenty of parking.
Rent is inclusive of Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax and Unlimited Super-Fast Fibre Broadband.
Occasionally my (friendly, quiet and well-mannered) labrador stays, so if you love dogs that's a bonus! I usually live with my partner elsewhere, so it will often feel like a 4 bedroom house between 2! If you're interested get in touch by app, phone or email for further details. Andy
