The current occupants are one professional and one post-graduate student. We work in film and media and ecology and conservation. As housemates we are quite quiet, easy going and approachable, the kind of people more likely to have an evening curled up watching telly or a laugh playing games, than on a night out in town.

Given our professions, we love film and TV, science, plants and animals, we enjoy going for walks and adventures, but equally enjoy chill days at home, crafting, gaming or time spent at our allotment. As housemates, we would happily chat or spend time together, watching telly, mooching in a garden centre, going on walks or events at weekends.
However, we are respectful of eachothers space, boundaries and schedules and understand that some people may prefer to keep to themselves.

With communal areas of the house, we are considerate with sharing space, cooking and cleaning, making sure we each have enough room and time to do what we need to around eachothers daily schedules.

We have lived at this house for several years and do consider it home. It’s a lovely area of Lincoln, with many nearby amenities, in a great community. Due to a friend moving back with family, we are looking for a likeminded housemate, ideally with similar interests, but more importantly someone we get along well with, that also feels comfortable with us.

P. S. We have a pet in the property, one cheeky lizard that lives in a vivarium tank, however he is not in a communal area of the house and he usually keeps to himself!
