Hello, I have a double room to rent in my 2 bed terraced house. The house has a beautiful garden which gets lots of sun and a cellar for extra storage.

I am a teacher and interests include running, walking, hockey, being outside and crafts.

I am looking for someone respectful, willing to keep the house clean and tidy, someone willing to water plants and enjoy the house as their own home. Masters/PhD students and professionals preferred.

You will have the house to yourself at the each weekend (Friday evening until Monday evening) and during school holidays.

Bills included. Council tax band A also included.

Current housemate is buying a house so room will be available end of November/December.
