We have one room in a newly renovated, very modern, fully furnished student house. The town house is a five minute walk away from Hull University and is perfectly located for students.

The room come fully furnished, ready for you to move straight in to. The Kitchen is a large, welcoming space, perfect for you to cook and eat in with your friends, we placed a television on the kitchen wall too, so you'll never get bored whilst cooking.

The house is in a great location, close to the university and with a Sainsbury's local next door and a Lidl supermarket across the road, you will not have to travel far for your groceries. The popular Newland Avenue area is only a two minute walk away as well and offers lots of places to eat and drink, with student nights occurring most days of the week.
