Recently refurbished, the house benefits from being on a nice quiet road, so it’s ideal for studying. It has a great location, close to shops, bars and other amenities you would want on your doorstep including some fine coffee houses!

We are looking for a group of 3 to share and look after this property for the next academic year.

The rooms are priced at £105 each per week (cheaper than the Uni!). All bills are included. A month's damage deposit will be required in advance. If you choose to move in as a group of 4, the rent for the single room will be £75 per room.
