Looking for a flatmate from 27th of April for the other room at my fully furnished 2 bed apartment around Liverpool limestreet station, all bills included including council tax. I am a software engineer and I wouldn't mind a student/professional too. *I am neat and would also love to have a clean flatmate - this is very important!*. At my free time, I play football, cycle and play video games. It would be nice if you share the-same interests, but not compulsory. I work outside Liverpool, so I’ll probably only be around twice in a week. I am also open to renting out the room on a weekly basis, feel free to contact me to discuss this.


Also, I can rent out the 2 bedrooms if I feel comfortable enough to leave the whole apartment with the person…this can be further discussed when you come for viewing.
