Room Condition: The room has been recently refurbished, and during my stay, I arranged for a new mattress from the landlord, which is much more comfortable than standard UK mattresses!
Roommates: All six roommates are female, and the common areas are kept clean. Female subletters are preferred, and we hope to maintain a clean and tidy living environment together.
Amenities: The apartment has a polite front desk, efficient maintenance services (usually next-day repairs), package handling, spacious common areas, a gym, and a cinema.
