I am renting this charming room and en-suite private bathroom in an apartment located in Liverpool city center. The room is officially available on March 31, but I can adapt to your availability. The apartment is 1 minute from Go Loca, LIDL, Taza. It's also a 5-minute walk to Home Bargain and many bus stops, small shops, restaurants and parmacy. It is a 10-minute walk from the city center, train station and universities, including John Moores University, where I have been studying since September 2023. The apartment is located in the Albert Court student residence. So you will be surrounded by lots of other Liverpool students of all nationalities. What is great about this residence is the many events it organizes, and the efficient staff who care about the users' well-being. The residence features an inner courtyard with bicycle parking, a reception desk staffed 24 hours a day, a common room with table soccer, billiards and a TV area, plus laundry facilities and a spacious gym. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by stairs and lift, and contains a total of 5 bedrooms. There is one girl and three boys, all students at John Moores University. The kitchen and dining room are the areas shared with the other tenants. There is a very good atmosphere and understanding between the flatmates. Perfect for unforgettable encounters, but also for having your own space. In fact, the room is very spacious for one person. The carpeting has just recently been redone. A large window provides plenty of natural light. Another asset is the huge desk, ideal for studying and storing personal belongings. There's plenty of storage space. Another advantage is the private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Water, electricity and internet access are included in the rent and are of good quality. I have decided to leave this comfortable accommodation because I am an exchange student and I am going home at the end of March. It will be a great pleasure to hand over this apartment to a new student. I will be happy to leave and donate some of my personal belongings such as the drying rack, storage units or dishes.
