About the Room: The available room is furnished with a bed, and wardrobe. You’ll have access to your own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a balcony.

The location is right on the University of Liverpool Campus, 1 minute walk to a Tesco, KFC, Asian supermarket, Bakery and Heron Foods. Approximately 10 minute straight walk downhill to Bold Street.

About Me: I am a third-year philosophy student and a football coach, Managing the University of Liverpool’s Men’s 1st Team. I also run a skincare business, so some stock is kept in the apartment. Due to my busy schedule my time is largely spent outside the apartment, however I like to keep things neat and tidy and create a cozy environment in the apartment. I’m looking for a roommate who is tidy, respectful, and potentially (not necessary 😅) shares some of my interests.

I don’t smoke, so ideally would prefer a non-smoker, but if you do smoke that’s not a problem as long as it’s outside. No preference on gender or anything else.

Rent: £303 per week total, including some utilities. That’s £151.5 per week each.
