This is a single room on the ground floor of St Andrews Gardens student accommodation. Walking distance to city centre and all the bars, shops, transport and amenities. Internet included and bathroom right beside room. I will be going home to Ireland for the summer and so am looking for someone to take over the lease of the room for the remainder of the tenancy up to the beginning of September.
Room has a single bed with storage, sink, wardrobe, desk, drawers and shelving. Shared large kitchen and living area. A nice cosy room.
